Description Senior Channel Performance Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical problem solver to join the Channel Performance Management Team in the role of Performance Analytics Sr Analyst for the Personal Lines Auto Product. Channel Performance Management is a newly formed team within Underwriting Effectiveness, dedicated to incorporating a channel specific lens into our underwriting strategy and creating alignment and synergy between underwriting and distribution channels to drive profitable growth. As the Performance Analytics Sr Analyst, you will Improve channel-level UW analytics, and partner with channel leads in representing UW and channel perspectives at various levels. Working cross functionally to identify opportunities and implement solutions to achieve desired business outcomes across channels and states. Key Responsibilities: • Improve channel-level UW analytics, developing tools and processes to identify KPIs and trends and leveraging third party vendor and/or other automated solutions to create efficiency in monitoring practices • Build models/tools and perform in depth analyses to measure impacts, determine best actions, and/or influence decisions across UW and distribution channels • Support and collaborate with channel leads on leveraging data to guide the development of channel specific strategies • Support channel leads in building and managing a best-in-class Data Accuracy program that creates scalable solutions that prioritize end user experience, UW adherence, and accurate risk assessment Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial, Business or related) preferred • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in data analytics, underwriting/product management, distribution strategy, or related functions • Understanding of various insurance product, economics, and distribution metrics as well as UW levers and practices preferred • Excellent communication, experience with stakeholder management, and working cross functionally to align, influence, and implement solutions • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SAS, LM Data sources, BI tools (Power-BI/Tableau), and SQL preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. Minimum 3 years, typically 4 years or more of relevant work experience. • Understanding of various insurance product, economics, and distribution metrics as well as UW levers and practices preferred • Excellent communication, experience with stakeholder management, and working cross functionally to align, influence, and implement solutions • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SAS, LM Data sources, BI tools (Power-BI/Tableau), and SQL preferred About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
