LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a financial services organization that has a small company feel with large company resources. They are looking for a Marketing Systems Administrator to support mortgage advisors in how to leverage and maximize CRM use to help with their marketing activities. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing social media channels. Required Experience: • 2 years of CRM use, Total Expert is a BIG plus, other CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar are good too. • Industry experience in financial services, banking or real estate is a plus but not mandatory. • Social media experience - creating and/or posting content, reviewing analytics and performance. Responsibilities to Include • Provide support to Marketing and Sales using Total Expert CRM, WordPress and social media channels. • Optimize use of company CRM, obtaining expert-level knowledge about the system. • Be sole administrator for the CRM. • Use the CRM to help achieve company goals and objectives. • Play a key role in leading projects related to launching new functionality and data enrichment within the platform. • Be the primary contact between internal departments and vendors. • Build emails and program logic around email campaigns, considering how each campaign impacts other campaigns. Test, launch, and train sales team. • Train loan consultants on the system when they join and regularly as new features are introduced. • Provide reports on use and effectiveness of the system to help identify where the business isn’t meeting its goals. • Provide regular briefings on new functionalities within the system. • Hold regular status meetings with vendors and suggest new features based on unique business. • Stay appraised of other vendors in the market. • Post daily to corporate social media accounts and monitor results/activity. • Serve as a resources to sales team members when they run into functionality issues within marketing platforms. • Manage loan consultant marketing onboarding. • Manage content changes to corporate websites. • Provide regular reporting on systems usage, orders, reviews, and Google Analytics for analysis and further optimization. Other Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. • Excellent communication skills – written/oral. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • High attention to detail and experience proofing and quality assurance. • Highly technical with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. • Basic HTML/CSS skills. • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
