Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst Location: Pennington, NJ (Fully Onsite) Year long Contract Compensation: $20–$22/hour (Based on Experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our team at a reputable banking institution in Pennington, NJ. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses • Support budgeting and financial planning processes • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in banking or financial services is a plus Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
