Full Description

LHH is seeking a Commercial Lease Analyst for a direct hire job opportunity in Charlotte, NC! This role supports the lease administration and financial operations of retail properties by ensuring accurate and timely handling of sales data, billing processes, and internal systems. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute billing processes related to percentage rent. • Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external stakeholders. • Prepare and distribute sales-related correspondence using automated email tools. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding sales data, especially where prior billing has occurred. • Generate and analyze sales reports using MRI software. • Maintain and update tenant sales records within MRI. • Track and manage sales-related activities in Salesforce. • Collaborate with offshore teams to support retail setup processes in MRI. • Handle contact cases and ensure timely resolution. • Support audit-related activities and documentation requests. • Contribute to special projects and assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including the use of VLOOKUPs & pivot tables for reporting and analysis. • Proven administrative capabilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
