Job Description: Success in this role will be measured by your ability to support and manage digital marketing campaigns that contribute to measurable business results. You’ll help drive client growth using a holistic digital media approach across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic channels. Working alongside senior managers and marketing directors, you’ll contribute to strategy execution, learn advanced campaign techniques, and help evolve digital initiatives across a range of client industries. An effective Associate Digital Media Manager is curious, proactive, and eager to grow. You’re building your hands-on skills in campaign management, asking good questions, and looking for mentorship. You’re invested in developing a strong, well-rounded understanding of digital media and staying current with new trends and platform updates. Responsibilities: Campaign Management • Support the setup, optimization, and management of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic media. • Assist with targeting, keyword selection, budgeting, pacing, and bid adjustments to help meet performance benchmarks. • Learn how to manage campaigns across different stages of the funnel and support cross-channel consistency. Data Analysis • Work with campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Use digital analytics tools to help track site traffic, engagement behavior, and conversion performance. • Assist senior team members in turning data into clear recommendations. Collaboration and Communication • Partner with internal teammates to develop optimization tactics, refine strategies, and support integrated campaign initiatives. • Participate in brainstorms, share insights during internal discussions, and stay aligned with delivery teams on campaign updates. Market Research • Follow industry shifts, competitor behavior, and emerging advertising platforms. • Bring new ideas, tools, and techniques to the team and support testing opportunities designed to improve performance. Project Management • Help manage multiple projects at once, keeping timelines, deliverables, and budgets organized. • Support the execution of media plans and assist with quality control to ensure that campaign builds and changes meet expectations. Certification and Platform Learning • Maintain or work toward certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. • Stay informed about platform updates, webinar insights, and industry news, sharing relevant takeaways with teammates. Tag Management • Assist with Google Tag Manager tasks, including event setup, trigger testing, and troubleshooting to support accurate campaign measurement. • Learn how tracking impacts attribution and helps guide optimization. Data Visualization and Reporting • Help build clear, visual performance reports using Excel, pivot tables, and other visualization tools. • Contribute to reporting that highlights outcomes, insights, and next-step recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders. Communication • Support internal and client-facing discussions by helping articulate performance trends and strategic recommendations. • Learn how to explain complex data in a concise, approachable way. Independence and Initiative • Take ownership of individual tasks while staying collaborative with the team. • Ask questions, flag issues, seek guidance when needed, and look for ways to improve both your skills and the work. Required Qualifications: • Hands-on exposure to paid digital marketing through internships, coursework, freelance projects, or entry-level roles. • Basic understanding of SEM, paid social, or programmatic advertising. • Familiarity with major ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads is helpful. • Analytical ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support performance optimization. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple assignments. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Comfort with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions, or willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Bonus Points For: • Google Ads, Meta, or Google Marketing Platform certifications. • Experience working in Google Tag Manager or other tag management tools. • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, Datorama, or other visualization tools. • Interest or experience with CRM workflows, Salesforce, or project management tools.
