Job Description: Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) The Sales & Administration position is responsible for performing Administration duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to customers, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Primary Responsibilities: Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary. Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required. Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary. Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking. Valid driver's license preferred.
