On behalf of a well-established and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Chantilly, L&A Recruitment Solutions is looking for experienced and licensed Personal Injury attorneys. You will play a pivotal role in our client's legal team and will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, providing legal counsel, negotiating claims pre-litigation and representing clients in court. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution. - Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluation. - Develop and implement legal strategies for clients. - Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. - Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions. - Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to achieve case objectives. - Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress. Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school. - Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia is a must. (Additionally, having your BAR in Maryland and/or DC will be an advantage) - Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in personal injury law litigation (General District AND Circuit Court and Circuit Courts and as a First Chair) - Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload with autonomy. - Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to client advocacy. - Being able to speak Spanish will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory for this position.
