BA/BS degree, 8-12 years relevant experience, TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, strong Excel skills, prior DoD acquisition program experience, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Full Description

Job Description: • Lead for Inventory Management Database and communicating with Corporate Property Management Team • Lead for completing Property Management CDRLS • Works with COMSEC accountability and reporting procedures • Knowledge of Logistics Inventory Databases and ability to conduct data entries, data audits for quality control • Manages CAP Inventory on contract and ensures all CAP is captured correctly in Inventory Management Database • Communicates and interfaces between multiple Leidos Teams such as Property Team, Contracts Team, Systems Engineering Team on various Logistics actions • Supports the development of Logistics and Product Support CDRLs and tracking CDRL due dates, reviews and deliveries • Supports the Supply Chain Risk Management Team in identifying risks and mitigation concepts • Lead for Bill of Materials (BOMs) management and data control • Communicates with OEMs & Vendors for quotes, estimates on BOM items • Knowledge of DoD Property Management and associated FAR Clauses • Supports development of Logistics workflows, procedures and SOPs Requirements: • BA/BS and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience • Must possess a minimum of a TS/SCI clearance • Must be U.S. Citizen • Extensive background in Asset Management Databases • Strong Excel skills and ability to develop formulas for data analysis • Self-Starter and can work in a Team environment with limited supervision • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities • Prior experience working on DoD Acquisition Programs • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Benefits: • Health and Wellness programs • Income Protection • Paid Leave • Retirement
