Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication. Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses. Reconciliations and reporting Other tasks and projects as deemed required by management Minimum Required Qualifications: A degree or 5+ years of financial services related work experience. Proficiency in office software Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with Accounts Receivable/Collections policies and procedures Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision. Costpoint or Government Contracting Industry experience is a plus Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000, determined by your experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location.
