Title: Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician – Security, Door & Mechanical Systems Employer: Legacy Data Technologies Location: Grand Central Madison / ESA Queens Corridor Compensation: Prevailing Wage (NYC), Full Benefits, Monthly Bonus Program Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd About the Role: Legacy Data Technologies is hiring 12 Preventive Maintenance Technicians to perform scheduled maintenance across critical MTA infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Perform PM on ACID, CCTV, doors, track doors, roll-ups, gates. - Complete documentation daily. - Identify deficiencies and escalate repairs. - Follow safety and A&P procedures. Requirements: - Experience with electro-mechanical systems. - Door hardware or access control a plus. - Must meet MTA site requirements. Pay: $62.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.00 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
