Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Henderson, NV 89044 Job Type: Full-Time/Part Time Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of orders and product condition. • Store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management, reporting discrepancies to supervisors. • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a safe and efficient manner. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and standards. • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring goods are properly secured. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and performance goals. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies. • Perform other duties as assigned. Logistics • Proficiency with logistics software (Worldship), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), and Microsoft Office • Ability to create and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms, etc.) • Familiarity with freight carriers, rate negotiations, and shipment tracking • Experience coordinating international inbound shipments, including ocean, air, and courier freight • Ability to work with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers • Familiarity with duties, tariffs, and basic import-cost calculations • Ability to track and manage ETAs, delays, demurrage, and customs clearance Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required (2+ year). • Inventory control experience required. • Forklift experience required • Delivery experience preferred. • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely (training will be provided if necessary). • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
