Lead Pega business analysis including requirements gathering, process modeling, solution design, and stakeholder communication for healthcare claims lifecycle projects.
10+ years Pega business analysis experience, Agile methodology, healthcare industry knowledge, and preferably Pega Business Architect certification.
Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst Location: USA/Canada (remote) Visa- Any except OPT & CPT Duties & Responsibilities: Possess sound knowledge of Pega platform software, functional design, and frameworks to be able to provide Pega solutioning expertise to stakeholders. Experience in process modeling with in-depth knowledge on BPMN specifications Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging Pega. Understand business process and business requirements and translating them to complete requirements artifacts such as user stories. Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to including management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control. Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs. Design rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development. Effectively communicate with business and delivery teams to deliver user interface requirements using UI mock-ups or wireframes. Understand interface /integration technologies and define the requirements. Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills. Minimum Qualifications: Pega business analysis experience (10+ yrs LBA) Experience working with Agile methodology Prior hands-on work experience with Pega, Claims finance and SCE exp Healthcare Industry Knowledge Large-scale design of business solutions in Pega End-to-end claims lifecycle from a business process standpoint Post claim adjudication (general reprocessing, disputes, OPR) Preferred Qualifications: Certified Pega Business Architect Process Modelling and Process Improvement Tool Experience"
