Overview The Training Manager is responsible for the oversight of training technicians, daily operations related to new hire training delivery, and development and maintenance of new hire training content. Training manager works closely with the human resources, clinical leadership, and territory operations teams for efficient and timely delivery of staff training services. BCBA certficiation is required to be considered. This is a full-time remote position. Candidates can reside in any time zone, but must be able to provide support and supervision to EST based trainers. The primary schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST, but must have flexibility to be available after 5pm EST to support staff when needed. Salary starting at $70,000/annually. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, December 1st at 5:00 PM EST Responsibilities • Supervise a team of training technicians. • Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to all new hires at LEARN. • Documentation of new hire progress through training programs. • Review and evaluation of training content to ensure relevant and accurate content. • Effectively prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments to ensure goals and time-lines are achieved. • Communicate day to day operational changes, issues, updates related to specific trainees to other LEARN departments (e.g., talent acquisition, HR, scheduling) Qualifications • Master's Degree Required, BCBA Certification Required. • 1+ years of experience in autism clinical field as a BCBA . • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. • Speaking to others to convey information effectively. • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. • Actively looking for ways to help people. • Bringing others together and trying to achieve common goals and to reconcile differences. • Managing one's own time and the time of others. • Monitoring and assessing performance of yourself and other individuals to make improvements or take corrective action. • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. • Selective Attention: The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. • Information Ordering: The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations). • Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
