LaunchPro is building the future of AI-powered automation for contractors, builders, and real estate professionals. We currently have a working system built on top of GoHighLevel (GHL), paying clients, active sales reps, and strong demand. Now we’re building our own SaaS platform — AgentPM™ — and we’re looking for a Founding Engineer who wants ownership, not just a paycheck. This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing startup at the ground level. ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer who can help architect, build, and scale the first version of our platform. You’ll work directly with the founder to build: What You’ll Build • Custom CRM (contractor-focused) • Project management tools • Automated workflows + scheduling engine • Messaging system (SMS, email, voice) • Sales rep portal + client portal • Dashboard UI with analytics • API integrations (Stripe, Twilio, AI models, etc.) • Long-term SaaS infrastructure This is not a slow corporate job.
