LaunchPro is building the future of AI-powered automation for contractors, builders, and real estate professionals. We currently have a working system built on top of GoHighLevel (GHL), paying clients, active sales reps, and strong demand. Now we’re building our own SaaS platform — AgentPM™ — and we’re looking for a Founding Engineer who wants ownership, not just a paycheck. This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing startup at the ground level. ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer who can help architect, build, and scale the first version of our platform. You’ll work directly with the founder to build: What You’ll Build • Custom CRM (contractor-focused) • Project management tools • Automated workflows + scheduling engine • Messaging system (SMS, email, voice) • Sales rep portal + client portal • Dashboard UI with analytics • API integrations (Stripe, Twilio, AI models, etc.) • Long-term SaaS infrastructure This is not a slow corporate job. For the right person, we offer: - Equity: 1–5% (vesting) Based on skill, commitment level, and role. - Long-term position as Head of Engineering / CTO If you help build it, you help run it. - Flexible hours, remote work Work from anywhere. - Creative freedom You’ll shape the architecture, the product, and the direction. - Huge upside potential We are building a platform serving a $1 trillion industry. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For Required Skills • Strong full-stack experience (front + back end) • JavaScript / TypeScript • React, Next.js, or Vue (front-end) • Node.js, Python, or similar (back-end) • SQL or NoSQL databases • API integrations (Twilio, Stripe, etc.) • Ability to build dashboards, portals, and CRUD tools Bonus Skills (Not required, but a HUGE plus) • Experience building CRMs or SaaS platforms • AI integration experience (OpenAI, tools like LangChain, etc.) • Experience with workflow automation • Backend architecture or DevOps knowledge ⸻ Ideal Personality You are the type of engineer who: • Wants equity, not just hourly pay • Loves building things from scratch • Enjoys being early in a high-growth startup • Is hungry, ambitious, and creative • Doesn’t need micromanagement • Can take a rough idea → turn it into a real product ⸻ Compensation Equity-Based (1–5%) Cash compensation may be added after revenue or funding milestones. ⸻ To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
