ABOUT THE ROLE The Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing email campaigns and marketing automation programs that support Launchmetrics’ nurturing, conversion, and ABM objectives. This role also contributes to maintaining and improving our marketing automation platform and database - identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities for optimization, and implementing solutions to accelerate the contact and account lifecycle. Reporting to the VP Marketing and working closely with the consultancy operations agency, the Coordinator will support marketing automation and CRM initiatives. This includes enhancing workflows, improving lead generation and nurturing campaigns, setting up and monitoring emails and contributing to the continuous evolution of our marketing processes. Additionally, the role supports broader marketing operations efforts, including setting up and optimizing landing pages, as well as developing guides, training materials, documentation, and videos to help scale best practices and strengthen the marketing team’s operational excellence. What you’ll do: • Support the implementation, optimization, and synchronization of marketing automation, CRM, and lead qualification processes, following guidelines from senior consultants. • Conceptualize, design and measure email campaigns that support marketing objectives and overall company goals—from copywriting and visual concept development to template creation and performance reporting. • Stay informed on the latest trends in email design, UX, and copywriting to introduce new formats that enhance email campaign engagement and results. • Develop a deep understanding of our marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytical systems, including database structure and automated workflows. • Conduct quality assurance during testing and release phases to ensure smooth and accurate execution of marketing operation processes. • Assist in optimizing workflows and marketing operations processes to better meet stakeholder needs, including landing page setup in Unbounce or WordPress. • Support developing reports and dashboards to monitor lead nurturing results across email and database performance. • Provide transversal support to marketing operations: tools set-up, process coordination, internal documentation development, training, etc. ABOUT YOU Who You Are: • One to two years of experience in digital or email marketing with strong communication skills, someone that knows the impact copywriting can have in driving action, and a solid understanding of processes, data analysis, and the creation of cadences and strategies shaped by buyer behavior. • Organized and detail-driven with a focus on building and optimizing efficient workflows, tracking performance, and refining strategies. • Collaborative and proactive team player able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities. Extra Credit: • Strong command of English required to collaborate effectively with an international team. • Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo (Adobe) or Pardot (Salesforce).
