Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow CMDB Trainer – Enablement Lead to champion CSDM adoption and governance across the organization. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs for service owners, support teams, and platform teams, enabling them to apply best practices in data modeling and governance. Acting as both a subject matter expert and instructional design leader, you will create enablement strategies that drive consistent use of ServiceNow, align with IT Service Management and enterprise architecture standards, and maximize the platform’s value through accurate, reliable data. Key Responsibilities • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align, create and deliver training for service owners, support teams, and platform teams on your organization’s implementation of CSDM and governance standards. • Develop enablement materials (playbooks, guides, workshops) for diverse audiences. • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and integrate new capabilities into training. • Provide training and support to users and process owners on CSDM usage and best practices. • Experience supporting organizational change and adoption programs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver workshops and Q&A sessions to varied audiences. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or architecture. • 2+ years of experience with CSDM framework and CMDB governance. • Proven track record in training, enablement, or instructional design within IT service management contexts. • Strong background in training, enablement, or instructional design. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Common Service Data Model). • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM processes. • Experience with organizational change management methodologies. • Ability to create engaging multimedia training content (videos, interactive modules).
