Key Accountabilities You'll own and be measured on: Performance Development Manage annual retrospective cycle for all staff Identify organizational development priorities from retrospective insights Success indicator: Feedback leads to measurable skill development tracked over time Coaching & Mentoring Design and manage coaching/mentoring program Success indicator: High program engagement with measurable skill development outcomes and sustained participant satisfaction Career Pathways Partner with group leaders to maintain and refine competency frameworks as roles evolve Ensure frameworks actively guide career progression decisions Success indicator: Competency frameworks remain current and people progress through visible advancement paths Essential CompetenciesSkills-Based Instructional design and program development Needs assessment and organizational analysis Program evaluation and measurement Facilitation and coaching in remote environments Competency framework design Comfort working in ambiguity How You'll Embody Our Values Understand how people actually do their work before designing development programs for them Follow through on commitments to participants and stakeholders, and communicate clearly when timelines or scope need to adjust Launch programs quickly and improve them through real use and feedback Design development systems that people can easily access and engage with What We OfferCompensation & Benefits Salary: $75,000-$90,000 based on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible PTO Generous professional development and work from home funds Growth & Impact Shape development practices during a growth phase when systems matter most Design coaching and career development systems for government digital work, where quality directly serves the public Work with group leaders in a collaborative structure Remote flexibility with a global team About Last Call Since 2005, we've partnered with impact-driven organizations to build digital experiences that matter.
