A mission-driven, multi-site healthcare provider specializing in medical equipment is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead its human resources and compliance functions. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and overseeing both the HR Generalist and Recruiter. If you’re a senior HR professional with a strong foundation in union relations, OSHA and ACHC compliance, and workforce development—and are ready to build out people strategy for a growing organization—this opportunity is for you. --------------------------------------------------------------- What’s the job? - Lead and develop the HR department, aligning people strategy with organizational goals - Oversee union relations, including contract negotiations and grievance resolution - Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization - Ensure OSHA compliance across all sites—including training, incident reporting, and audits - Own the ACHC accreditation process: policies, recertification, and audit readiness - Manage licensing and regulatory requirements for state and DME industry compliance - Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure organizational and regulatory adherence - Develop and implement HR and compliance policies that align with company values - Support strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development --------------------------------------------------------------- What’s needed? - 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities - Proven experience managing union relations and labor negotiations - Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Demonstrated experience overseeing compliance in multi-site environments - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required - Willingness to travel to additional company sites as needed - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills --------------------------------------------------------------- What’s in it for me? - High-impact role reporting directly to the COO - Opportunity to shape HR and compliance strategy company-wide - Dynamic, mission-driven organization with a strong reputation in its field - Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits If you're ready to take on a strategic HR leadership role that combines people, compliance, and operational excellence—we want to hear from you.
