Miller Automotive Group. Right now, we need a skilled graphic designer to create and execute high-level graphic design for our clients. This includes brand/campaign development, preparing ads for web use, and providing assets for video editors. The graphic designer will work with project managers, other designers, creative directors, copywriters, editors, and other agency staff to deliver on time, on budget and showing great creative thinking.Education/Technical Skills:Associates degree (2 year) or bachelor’s degree (4 year) in advertising, communication design, or visual arts is preferred OR 2-plus years of applied design/advertising-related experienceProficiency with current Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OSWorking knowledge of printing industryGood organizational skills and a critical eye for design and typography, including branding work, layout, photo-retouching and image manipulationDemonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions from concept to production and deliveryJob Description/Qualifications:Qualified candidates should:Create engaging designs for clients/projects, maintain and evolve the existing brands, and add value to everything he/she touchesDemonstrate strong communication skills and an eye for detailSee individual design projects as part of a ‘bigger picture’ that affects branding, advertising and strategy for clientsPossess exceptional technical skills, mature judgment, flexibility, and independence, but also follow direction from Art/Creative DirectorPossess the ability to lead and delegate tasks to accomplish company’s goals and maintain a 100% error-free targetBe a contributor to our dynamic, engaging company cultureJob Requirements:Must have a print or online portfolio of design work for reviewGraphic design skills and a critical eye for design and typography, including branding work, layout, photo-retouching and image manipulationWork well with creative team members, clients and vendorsAbility to supervise self to achieve assigned deadlines and prioritize tasksAbility to discuss and present design concepts and evaluate work with internal design teamUnderstand the nature of clients’ products, business culture and the competitionPresent graphic design plans and direction to clientsReview product for errors and proper treatment of clients' logosProtect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the Larry H.
