Founded in 2017, we are headquartered in Elk Grove Village, IL and operate across multiple states with a dynamic, multicultural team. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our installation projects for a key strategic client (Metronet), and take full ownership of all operations related to this client. Position type: Remote. Up to 15% travel: occasional travel across the Midwest region may be required. Please, note: • This position requires a background check and a drug test. • This position requires work authorization and a valid DL. Requirements: • Experience: 5+ years in cable installation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven experience managing client relationships and operational logistics. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution • Lead and coordinate our installation projects for Metronet. Client Relationship Management • Act as the main point of contact for all communication and coordination with the client. • Facilitate regular client meetings, progress updates, and performance reviews. • Address issues proactively and maintain strong, solution-oriented client relationships. Territory Growth & Market Expansion • Plan and launch operations in new cities and states based on the client’s project roadmap. • Coordinate with Recruiting, HR, and Operations to ensure workforce readiness for new markets. • Oversee onboarding and deployment of personnel in new locations. Team Leadership & Coordination • Work closely with Field Supervisors to monitor and support team performance in the field. • Provide guidance, oversight, and structure to ensure alignment with client goals and company standards. • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members. Budgeting & Financial Oversight • Prepare and manage project budgets, resource planning, and financial forecasts. • Monitor project profitability, track operational costs, and assist with billing validation and documentation. • Participate in rate negotiations and scope management with internal leadership. Reporting & Performance Monitoring • Track and analyze KPIs (completion rates, timelines, rework, client satisfaction, etc). • Prepare regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement based on data insights and operational feedback.
