Key Responsibilities: - First Impressions Matter - Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - Membership Sales & Support - Assist potential members in selecting the best membership options and achieve sales targets. - Outstanding Customer Service - Help maintain a clean, fun, and friendly gym environment for all members. - Revenue Growth - Present membership upgrades, handle renewals, and collect past-due balances.
