Krazy Bins is the most exciting new retail outlet in Northeast Ohio! This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the management of this revolutionary retail concept in the Northeast Ohio area. We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED on-line capable associate that can list and manage our on-line postings and sales across the 4-store chain. We are hiring a results-driven person responsible for the overall management and execution of the Instagram/ Shopify sales site. The successful candidate must be able to manage the on-line communication with customers to enhance customer satisfaction, post and manage the fulfillment of merchandise, coordinate with our in-store operations teams, and work closely with the management team to run new programs and listings weekly. Responsibilities and Duties: • Work with management to implement our on-line strategies to expand on-line store traffic and optimize profitability. • Work Primarily in the Parma store to physically review items to be listed. Inventory, tag and post items to Instagram and Shopify. • Assist the owner with direct message communications with customers to secure sales and manage order fulfillment • Handle on-line customer service concerns • Work with the owner to set the direction for on-line merchandise to be targeted for sale • Achieve weekly sales targets • Assist with the creation of Instagram posts/stories and inventory listings on Shopify • Propose innovative ideas to increase on-line product appearance, selection, and overall satisfaction on the Shopify Krazybins site • Be a shining example of well-behavior and high performance. • Skills and Qualifications: The successful on-line associate will use a variety of soft skills and technology and social media knowledge to develop a high- performance shopping experience • Highly motivated to deliver strong work performance and interested in job growth opportunities • Strong social media and technology skills with Instagram and other on-line selling platforms • Personal and easy to work with • Customer management skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Retail experience would be a benefit We are looking forward to reading your application.
