Description: Pay - $24.00-$26.00 Depending on experience Hours - M-F 2:00-10:30 Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate supports the movement, organization, and handling of materials throughout the warehouse. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient and accurate flow of parts, with a focus on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely support to production. Pay range for this position is $24-$26/hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Pull parts accurately and efficiently based on printed or digital order tickets. • Stock shelves and storage locations by placing received inventory in designated areas. • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to transport items safely within the warehouse. • Communicate any discrepancies or damages to Inventory or Purchasing. • Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelves, aisles, and work areas. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of experience in a material handling, warehouse associate, shipping, or receiving role. • Valid forklift and/or pallet jack certification. Stand-up forklift experience is required. • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. • Basic familiarity with inventory tracking systems or barcode scanners. • Familiarity with a manufacturing and distribution environment. • Previous experience with a WMS or ERP system. • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
