Manage client communications, bookings, and promotions for an online beauty studio.

Overview We’re looking for an energetic and communicative Online Sales Manager who will become the voice and face of our beauty studio for online clients. If you love talking to people, know how to sell in a caring and elegant way, and are passionate about the beauty industry — this is for you. What you’ll be doing 1. Communicating with clients by phone• • Answer incoming calls • Consult clients on services and specialists • Help choose a convenient time and book appointments • Manage client bookings in Square 2. Messaging on social media (Instagram and TikTok) • Reply to client messages and requests • Help clients choose services and specialists • Book clients directly from chats • Maintain a stylish and friendly tone of communication 3. Promotions and special offers • Call and message clients about promotions and special offers • Remind regular clients about upcoming visits and new opportunities • Gently motivate clients to come more often and try new services What we expect from you • Fluent spoken English (both phone and written communication with clients) • Proven experience in sales or customer service • Confident use of a computer, Square, Google Sheets and messengers • Strong communication skills, friendliness, and neat spoken and written language • Willingness to work with a stable schedule Conditions • Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world • Schedule: flexible, hours may vary • Compensation: fixed base salary + % from every client you successfully book for a service The better you work with clients, the higher your income.
