Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Inventory Controller to join a team in Daphne, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient flow of materials through the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate results. • Monitor, maintain, and update inventory databases and systems • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies • Track inventory performance metrics (usage, turnover rates, shrinkage, etc.) • Prepare reports on inventory levels, trends, and variances • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to forecast inventory needs • Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data and inventory management • Support cycle counts and year-end inventory procedures • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Requirements Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field) • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, data analysis, or similar role • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management systems and Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Competitive pay • Opportunities for growth and professional development • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Also, more benefits after a short period of time
