We're looking for an individual who can work in a two-person marketing team with the effectiveness of an entire marketing organization, allowing us to continue accelerating our business disproportionately to headcount. This is a venture-scale company that has started generating positive free cash flow early in its lifecycle, resulting in less dilution for our employees as we accelerate momentum without being dependent on venture funding to operate. We're seeking exceptional individuals eager to help us scale another 10x and beyond. About you Energized by scaling acquisition for a business focused on financial empowerment for millions of underserved individuals Comfortable in a high-intensity role and seeking an ambitious workload Have a strong sense of ownership and able to move fast Proactively embrace and relentlessly solve complex problems without perfect instructions Motivated to use AI, automation, and data tools in your day-to-day work to push the boundaries of what a single individual can do Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with product, engineering, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams Thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment Comfortable supporting the business through peak seasonal periods Bonus: open to residing in Austin, TX and working in-person with the Austin-based marketing team (in-office schedule to be determined) Required experience and skills 3-6 years in performance marketing or user acquisition at a consumer startup (preferably consumer fintech) establishing and scaling paid advertising channels Editing videos Sourcing creative Running ads across some or most of the following platforms, with a strong desire to learn how to operate with full proficiency across all of them. Channels: Social, Search, Display, CTV, Podcast, Direct Mail. Networks: Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, DSP. Destinations: Web, App. Triangulating performance using multiple deterministic and probabilistic attribution methods coupled with incrementality tests What you’ll do A little bit of everything!
