Responsibilities • Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu plans • Cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste effectively • Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients • Assist with menu planning and portion control to optimize food service efficiency • Help with catering events or special meal services as needed • Follow all safety protocols related to food preparation, handling, and sanitation Qualifications • Prior experience in dietary departments, food service, or restaurant kitchens is highly desirable • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques • Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking methods • Experience with meal preparation, food plating, and serving in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace Join us in creating nourishing meals while honing your culinary talents!
