Our platform combines: AI-generated content templates Instant design customization Multi-language support Industry-specific CMS features We’re building the future of smart, automated, AI-driven website creation — and looking for a founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team. Koolay is headquartered in Cupertino, California and currently raising investment. Until we close the round, we’re operating with a lean, highly motivated founding team. 🌱 The Role: Founding Full-Stack Developer (Equity Only) We’re looking for a strong full-stack engineer who can help us ship product fast, take ownership, and influence the direction of the platform. This is not a regular job — it’s a founding team opportunity with real product impact and meaningful equity. You will work 40 hours per month on: Building core features of our CMS Template/theme system improvements AI integration (content + design generation) Dashboard & onboarding flows Public website builder & editor UX Backend APIs, auth, deployment pipelines This is ideal for someone who loves early-stage startups, ownership, and building high-quality software with autonomy. 🛠️ Tech Stack You should be comfortable with: Backend: .NET / C# REST APIs SQL databases Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript React or similar frameworks HTML/CSS fundamentals Bonus: AI / LLM integration DevOps (Azure, AWS, containers) Template engines / CMS experience 🎯 What We’re Looking For 3+ years full-stack experience Ability to work independently and ship fast Strong problem-solving + product thinking Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity Passion for clean code & scalable architecture Interest in AI-driven products If you enjoy taking early ownership and building something meaningful from the ground up, you’ll fit right in. 💰 Compensation This is an equity-only position until our next fundraising round. 0.20% equity 3-year vesting 1-year cliff Monthly commitment: 40 hours We want long-term partners, not freelancers. ✨ Why Join Koolay?
