Koenig is currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to support the Dealership's Lebanon, OH location. Duties: Perform diagnostic work on equipment to verify needed repairs per estimate. Notify service manager if initial diagnosis is inaccurate. Apply knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of CCE/Light Construction Equipment. Operating equipment used in service shops (diagnostic equipment, forklifts, hydraulic lifts, etc.). Perform assigned work in accordance with the estimate and the schedule. Communicating any issues that arise deviating from ability to complete in accordance with estimates. Keep accurate time records by segment on worked performed. Recommend additional service work to maximize machine productivity, reduce downtime, and add value for the customer. Professionally advise customers when required. Ensure that all parts requested for the job are billed and parts not used are returned in a timely manner. Submit work order detail to the Service Manager immediately upon the completion of each segment. Help maintain company fixed assets as required. Attend training and KEI events as required. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Qualifications: Technical degree in Agricultural or Construction Mechanics preferred, but not required. 2-4 years of relevant Technician based experience. Basic knowledge of product line, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Ability to use our computer operating system (IntelliDealer). Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment needed for the job. Clean driving record required. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
