Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as a key member of the team, ensuring smooth administrative functions while fostering a welcoming environment. Duties • Perform data entry, maintain accurate electronic filing systems, and organize documents to ensure easy retrieval • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone/email Requirements • Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong organizational skills • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications • Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective time management skills • Exceptional communication skills • Previous experience as an assistant is advantageous • Attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks to maintain accuracy • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality • Prior experience in a professional service firm with and understanding of deadlines is beneficial Join us in creating an efficient, friendly office environment where your organizational talents can shine and would be valued.
