Let’s get this out of the way: This is an equity-only role. We have zero cash compensation right now. We’re a bootstrapped startup with two live products, real revenue, early traction, and a massive market almost no one is serving well. We’re not looking for “an email marketer.” We’re looking for the person who wants to own the primary revenue channel, and build it into a machine. If you want a predictable 9–5 job writing templated campaigns and 1-2 A/B tests per week, this is not for you. If you’re the kind of person who wants to design, build, and scale the entire lifecycle engine, from the first cold email all the way through a multi-year customer journey, this could be your launchpad. Who We Are We’re building AI-driven tools that simplify the single largest, most complex purchase in a person’s life: their home. Think CARFAX meets AI for homebuyers and agents. We take hundreds (sometimes thousands) of chaotic PDF pages in every real estate transaction and turn them into clean, actionable insights that reduce friction, surface risks, and help deals close faster and smarter. Our tools are live. Customers are using them. The demand is clear. Now we need someone to help tell our story, and bring an audience with us. A Masterclass, Not a Job You can run email anywhere. You come here to build a revenue engine and learn how to build a company. You’ll work directly with: • A CEO who’s built and launched multiple ventures. • A CTO who was a founding engineer at Salesforce and Bill.com. • Advisors and board members who’ve raised more than $1B in venture capital. You'll be in the trenches with us, seeing the math behind every decision, participating in go-to-market strategy, shaping the brand voice, and owning a channel that will materially shape the entire business. The Situation Email is our primary acquisition channel, and it is massively under-developed. We already have traction and revenue, but we’re not doing even 0.1% of what’s possible. You’re joining at the moment where your work will have disproportionate impact: • You will build a cold-to-lifetime nurture system. • You will architect the personality, story, and emotional resonance of the brand. • You will shape how thousands of agents and homebuyers experience us. • You will own revenue contribution for this channel end-to-end. You can communicate personality, value, urgency, and joy. • A Lifecycle Architect: Cold outreach, onboarding, engagement, education, expansion - you understand each stage and how to influence behavior across them. • Customer-Obsessed: You talk to real customers. You listen. You translate their world into narrative and value. • Data-Driven & Creative: You’re comfortable mixing intuition with metrics. You experiment fast. You iterate faster. • A Founder-Mindset Operator: You want ownership, not tasks. You thrive in ambiguity. You care about outcomes, not checkboxes. • A Brand-Builder: You understand that email is the brand. Every message is a moment in the story. What You'll Do • Own our entire email channel, from cold outbound → onboarding → education → long-term nurture. • Build the cold-to-forever architecture that captures a customer once and nurtures them for life. • Develop the story, personality, and voice of the company. • Collaborate with product to integrate real value into every step of the customer journey. • Work with leadership to design lifecycle strategy, messaging, and channel expansion. • Create automated systems that turn email into a growth engine. • Spend time with real agents and homebuyers to understand their psychology and motivations. • Drive measurable revenue impact from the channel. • Create joy. This is a creative role, a strategic role, and a revenue-ownership role. The Deal Compensation: 100% equity to start.
