Job Responsibilities: • Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse • Operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker) equipment for high-rack picking • Experience with Reach Truck is a strong plus • Assist with general warehouse duties, including labeling, picking, packing, replenishment, and light lifting • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and California safety standards • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts • Proficiency with Cherry Picker required; Reach Truck experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following safety rules • Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Standard 8-hour shifts (overtime may be required depending on workload; overtime is paid according to California labor laws) Compensation: • Hourly Rate: $18-22/hr, depending on experience • Overtime paid at California-mandated rates (1.5x / 2x) • Paid Sick Leave and other basic benefits as required by California law • Additional company benefits may be provided based on internal policy Location: City of Industry, California
