The Senior Manager, Channel Management – Foodservice will lead the development and execution of strategies to expand Kimberly-Clark Professional’s presence in the Foodservice channel. This role is accountable for driving sustainable growth, increasing market penetration, and enhancing customer engagement through strong partnerships with corporate HQ accounts, national broadline distributors, buying groups, cash & carry operators, industry alliances, and redistribution/wholesale partners. Responsibilities include joint business planning with distribution buyers, category managers, and merchants to deliver volume and profit growth across KCP categories. The position also manages customer relationships, implements KCP strategies and tactics across the foodservice channel (including eCommerce), and oversees category management, business planning, and A&P budgets using cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights. In this role, you will: • Serve as the primary interface between KCP and the assigned customer, leading joint strategies, complex negotiations, and influencing executive-level decision makers to drive mutual growth. Develop and execute strategic business plans, including financial targets, sales forecasts, and monthly performance tracking at multiple levels (SBU, product family, and end-user), ensuring alignment with KCP objectives and customer goals. Initiate corrective actions based on performance insights to achieve results. • Conduct strategic analyses and create tailored presentations to support customer performance and KCP’s planning process. Collaborate with Channel & Customer Marketing teams to manage A&P budgets and ensure spend aligns with growth plans. • Partner with Field Sales, Inside Sales, and National Account Teams to implement sales strategies that achieve revenue and profitability targets across all channels, including eCommerce. • Lead regular planning and strategy meetings with customers and internal leadership to review progress, adjust initiatives, and maintain alignment on strategic priorities. Analyze and interpret data and trends to guide business decisions, including tracking key metrics, generating forecasts, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Maintain and update tactical business plans as a roadmap for achieving objectives, securing organizational support, and monitoring execution. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of B2B experience – preferably in Foodservice & Consumables such as Paper & Wipers • 5+ years of B2B Functional or Sales Leadership experience (Leading others) • Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance over the past 3 years. • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing, to individuals and groups, including influencing internal teams and engaging with customer executives (Directors, VPs, Category Managers). Skilled in presenting innovative business solutions and delivering compelling, data-driven PowerPoint presentations. • Strong strategic thinking and ability to assess business holistically. Advanced analytical skills with proven examples of data-driven decision-making, including interpreting category trends and financial performance. • Solid understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics, merchandising, marketing, pricing, and sales programs. Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams, manage executive-level relationships, and execute tactical initiatives that drive growth and accountability. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to operate standard business technology (telephone, computer/laptop, software programs). • Ability to navigate organizational change effectively and demonstrate ongoing personal and professional development. • Ability to travel by air and drive motor vehicles for business purposes (valid driver’s license required).
