Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a team responsible for financial consolidations and managing a newly implemented planning tool that supports G&A functions across the organization. This role will provide critical coverage for a team member going on leave in December, and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through process improvement and analysis projects. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams, and thrives in a dynamic environment that values curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Provide interim support for the Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams during a leave of absence • Assist with month-end close and reporting activities, ensuring timely coordination between Accounting and FP&A • Conduct monthly variance analysis and manage benefits-related allocations within the planning tool • Support analysis and tracking of stock-based compensation models and streamline related processes • Collaborate with FP&A to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting of G&A expenses • Pull transaction-level details from Oracle NetSuite ERP (experience preferred but not required) to support monthly analysis • Track and forecast large company event spend in partnership with People and Administrative teams • Provide general FP&A support for open roles or team members on leave, acting as a -utility player- who can flex across multiple priorities Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 1-2 years of financial analysis or accounting experience; Experience in corporate FP&A a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or Oracle Cloud Hyperion Planning preferred, but not required • Excellent Excel and data management skills; comfortable pulling and analyzing transactional data • Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity • Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Collaborative, communicative, and highly adaptable - a true team player The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
