We’re hiring a Client Service Associate to join our high-performing Concierge team—a group known for turning service into partnership. What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for advisors, staff, and clients—delivering proactive, high-touch service with professionalism and care. Own the experience from start to finish, resolving a wide range of service requests with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset. Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with confidence, collaborating across departments to deliver timely, tailored outcomes. Help advisors and clients confidently use platforms like AdvisorComplete and Wealthscape. Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in client service within financial services, banking, or operations Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex client needs. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced, professional environment. SIE and Series 7 required (or obtained within 6 months of employment INTERNAL APPLICANT POLICY: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
