Senior Administrative Assistant – Global Legal Organization Location: New Brunswick, NJ Pay: $33.50/hour Kelly is proud to partner with Johnson & Johnson in their search for a passionate, energetic, and agile Senior Administrative Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will support the Group Leader, Technology & IT Procurement, the Senior Counsel, Real Estate, and their respective teams within the Global Legal Organization. The ideal candidate excels at anticipating needs, staying ahead of challenges, communicating clearly, and thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and global travel arrangements • Coordinate conference rooms, onsite meetings, and catering • Prepare and reconcile expense reports using Concur • Handle confidential correspondence, files, and documents with professionalism • Assist with the creation of high-quality presentation materials • Manage special projects and tackle ad-hoc requests • Serve as the onsite point of contact for meetings and visitors • Stay current on company policies and provide guidance to staff • Provide backup support to administrative colleagues as needed Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of experience supporting executives and their teams • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) • Experience with global calendaring in a complex, matrixed environment • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain high integrity Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Project management experience • Skills in MS Project, MS Forms, MS Visio, Excel Pivot Tables, OneNote, and SharePoint Top Skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite • 5+ years of executive support experience preferably within a Johnson & Johnson location • Strong independence, motivation, and accountability Ready to take the next step in your administrative career?
