Full Description

LOCATION Aston, PA POSITION OVERVIEW This Accounts Receivable Specialist position will be part of an Accounts Receivable Team responsible for collecting reoccurring revenue for the company. This position will also focus on building relationships with the assigned customer base to provide superior customer service while continuing to maintain current receivable accounts to achieve corporate goals. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Monitor all receivable accounts for assigned customer base to obtain payment within net terms. • Manage EA AR Tasks to ensure contact is made on all past due accounts on a weekly basis. • Utilize EA to research account history, answer billing inquiries and record all correspondence. • Establish relationship with customer base to provide any assistance needed to keep accounts current. • Manage weekly reports provided to ensure Corporate A/R goals are reached. • Manage receivables to prevent carryover 60 days, 90 days and Collections. • Monitor CCAR Email group for CEO Juice Hold and Sales Invoice requests. • Research all documentation needed for a dispute for further review or void/credit request REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: • High School degree or equivalent • 1-3 Years of customer service and Accounts Receivable/Collections preferred. • Strong verbal and communication skills. • Quality customer service skills. • Individual must be goal oriented and self-motivated, and able to function well in a team environment. • Detail Oriented, organized, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to work independently. • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
