Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and research while developing a strong understanding of their industry and hiring needs. Client Partnership & Advisory: Build relationships with hiring leaders, uncover talent challenges, and position Nobilis as a trusted strategic search partner. Deal Strategy & Closing: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while structuring agreements that support long-term client success. Account Relationship Management: Strengthen and grow client accounts through consistent communication, proactive needs assessment, and collaboration with internal teams. Recruiting Pipeline Ownership: Manage client and candidate pipelines by sourcing, screening, and maintaining organized CRM activity to ensure efficient, successful search execution. Qualifications 3+ years of business development experience selling recruitment services. Proven ability to build trust quickly and communicate value with clarity and confidence. Highly organized with strong CRM proficiency and excellent follow-through. A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of results.
