Holly, NJ; Willingboro, NJ Schedule options: • Must be flexible • 1st shift - 6AM - 3PM, Weekday & 6AM - 2:30PM, Weekends • Will be scheduled off 2 days during the week Schedule for Willingboro Location: • 1st shift - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Schedule for Mt. Holly Location: • 1st shift - Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM • Scheduled every other weekend - 1st shift Schedule for Camden Location: (must be flexible and available on weekends) • 2 options for 1st shift • Must be flexible and available Monday-Sunday • 1st shift - 6:00 am - 2:00pm • 1st shift - 7:00 am - 3:00pm Schedule for Marlton Location: (must be flexible and available on weekends) • 1st shift - Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm • Will be required to work every 5th weekend, 7:00 am - 3:30pm Salary: $17.28/hr ($35,942 per year) • This opportunity is long term to convert to permanent* Responsibilities: • Verify quantity and quality of incoming products using applicable equipment (i.e., handheld or personal computer) and computer system/s. • Fill, transport and deliver orders to designated areas using applicable systems and equipment (i.e., material handling, handheld and/or personal computer). • Maintains and optimizes assigned inventories, ensures First In First Out (FIFO) is practiced. • Maintains the overall cleanliness, safety and security of the receiving, storage facility (i.e., hospital, department, ASC and/or medical office) operations. 20% Y • May assist assigned departments through action and education to achieve product standardization, optimum inventory levels and reduction of operating expenses. • Conducts outdated product checks, documents findings and completes required processes related to obsolete and/or dated/expired products. • Checks e-mails/voicemail, faxes and phone for supply requests and/or delivery/product issues and either resolves or forwards information to appropriate personnel for resolution, as directed. 5% Y Delivers products and STAT/RUSH orders to various departments/locations as requested. • Must Carry /Lift loads Moderate (25-50 lbs ) • Delivers product and Stat/Rush orders to various /Locations as requested • Participates in orientation and training of new employees and others as requested. • Performs such other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management. Qualifications Required: • Minimum of 1-year prior materials management experience, in a healthcare setting preferred. Will consider education in lieu of experience. • Basic knowledge/skills in computer use (data entry, email usage). • Knowledge of inventory and stocking to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos. • High school diploma/GED • *Healthcare Setting, all employees must have Updated Vaccine for TB, Tetanus, and Flu Shot* Duties • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage phone systems to schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their care plans. • Assist with medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and submission of claims. • Review health information management documents for completeness and compliance with regulations. • Utilize computerized systems, including Epic, to maintain patient records and manage data efficiently. • Conduct documentation reviews to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and accurate. • Collaborate with dental clinic staff to support patient care initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
