AT&T Client Support Representative Key Responsibilities • Engage with Melville customers in person to identify their needs and recommend AT&T's products and services, including mobile plans, internet, and TV. • Clearly and persuasively present the features and benefits of various AT&T offerings to new and existing customers. • Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AT&T product launches, promotions, and service updates to provide accurate information to clients. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques. • Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively to achieve and exceed sales goals. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing both our company and AT&T.
