Position Overview: The Director of Sales Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing the performance, efficiency, and scalability of the sales organization. This role oversees sales processes, systems, analytics, forecasting, Go-To-Market, pricing and enablement to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, territory planning, and resource allocation. Support quarterly sales planning, including goal setting, compensation modeling & planning, and forecasting processes. Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales & Business Development to Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through analysis of sales data and performance metrics. Sales Operations Management Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market & sales process framework, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to monitor performance across regions, teams, and products. Own K&N promotional planning, Co-Op & pricing strategy & execution Forecasting & Analytics Lead the forecasting process to deliver accurate and actionable revenue projections. Provide insights into sales performance trends, pipeline health, to inform leadership decisions. Deliver executive-level reports and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives. Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Partner with sales enablement to ensure reps are equipped and supported to achieve targets. Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a high-performing sales operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Manage vendor relationships and budget for sales tools and systems. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 8+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions. 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role within a B2B organization Proven track record of driving Go-To-Market execution, sales performance and operational excellence. Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing end to end go-to-market, promotions & pricing planning and activity. Key Competencies: Strategic mindset with a focus on results and measurable impact. Data-driven problem solver with attention to detail. Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong financial acumen and understanding of revenue metrics.
