Full Description

In our role as a Fleet Business Development Manager, you will utilize your background and knowledge in developing new clients to expand the fleet graphics and vehicle wraps division of our company. This role will build a structured, consultative sales engine that transitions us from opportunistic projects to a scale-ready, contract driven fleet program model and will be the driving force in the division and company’s overall growth. You will be working with an incredible and collaborative design and production team to bring our clients’ visions to life and exceed their expectations. Therefore, you must have the creative ability to help the fleet managers translate their branding and graphic visions to a viable solution while understanding and helping them navigate their operational issues and lifecycle plans. Your target will be clients with a fleet size of 10-150 vehicles located in the Southeast, while also serving clients that have smaller fleet sizes in the local Nashville market. Qualifications: · Must have experience selling to or working in Fleet Management. · Minimum of 3-5 years of consultative sales experience with a track record of success negotiating large contracts · Be naturally creative and possess the ability to spatially visualize graphics and vehicle wrap applications as well as the ability to communicate those visions to the client and the internal design team · Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and be customer focused · Must be skilled at consistently hunting for new business while simultaneously growing existing accounts and maintaining a predictable and healthy sales pipeline What we offer: · Excellent earning opportunity: o Competitive base salary o Uncapped commissions · Great company culture and collaborative team to work with · Career growth opportunities · Comprehensive benefits package Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
