Bachelor of Science degree with at least 10 years of regulatory experience in personal care or cosmetics manufacturing and advanced knowledge of technical and regulatory matters in personal care.
Our client is a mid-size, successful contract manufacturer of beauty and consumer products. The Regulatory Affairs Manager role focusses on North America ensuring OTC products comply with relevant legislation. The role: • Develop & execute regulatory strategies for new & modified OTC products in relation to the FDA and Health Canada • Ensure compliance throughout the product life cycle • Review & approve product labelling, claims, artwork & promotional materials • Monitor & report adverse events & oversee product recalls • Liaise with regulatory authorities as primary source of contact The candidate: • Bachelor of Science degree with at least 10 years’ regulatory experience in personal care or cosmetics manufacturing • Advanced knowledge of technical & regulatory matters in personal care • Ability to work in an international, multi-disciplinary environment The base salary for the role is up to $150,000 plus bonus, health, dental, vision & 401k.
