Summary: Detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in managing, updating, and verifying large volumes of financial data. Experienced in working within fast-paced, compliance-driven environments and supporting operational teams by ensuring timely and error-free data processing. Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial records, customer information, and transactional data in internal systems and databases. • Review entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML). • Perform daily data verification, quality checks, and reconciliation to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. • Organize, categorize, and prepare reports for management, operations, and audit teams. • Retrieve and provide data for internal stakeholders as required, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy. • Assist with document management, including scanning, indexing, and secure storage of financial documents. • Collaborate with operations, finance, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of data-related issues. • Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict deadlines and accuracy benchmarks. Skills & Qualifications • Strong typing speed with high accuracy; proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and database systems. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors. • Familiarity with financial terminology, account structures, and basic transaction flows (preferred). • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience working within regulated environments or finance/fintech institutions (advantage). • Effective communication skills and a collaborative work attitude.
