RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Senior SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst . Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain documentation deliverables, including Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Interface mappings/ETL transformations, Configuration Documentation, Use Cases and Test Cases • SAP WRICEF Document for Workflow, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, and Forms • Coordinate Release and Transport management • User Training and Support of Standard ERP Functionality • Support interface and process chain jobs • Conduct root cause analysis to support testing and resolve production issues REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Software Engineering, or a related field with strong academic credentials • 10+ years of relevant experience • Strong SAP FI knowledge (master/transactional data, configuration, month-end process) and submodules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL) • Strong analytical skills and a high level of intellectual curiosity • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication • Strong sense of professionalism and integrity with proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across various teams • Proficiency in complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and aptitude for quickly learning new technologies • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and JIRA • Business knowledge in accounting, finance, investment, FX preferred • Technical and functional knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and invoice system preferred Some level 3 support required • Experience in SAP S/4 Migration and ABAP is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
