Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of - Role: SAP Technical Project Manager Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered) Only for those who are eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream implementation for a public sector program. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP program, covering S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, data, security, and cross-functional workstreams. • Drive project governance including scope, timelines, risks, issues, change control, and executive status reporting. • Coordinate closely with Functional Leads, Technical Architects, Integration teams, Basis/Security, and PMO to ensure alignment across all technical and functional tracks. • Oversee technical components such as custom development, enhancements, integrations, BTP extensions, middleware, and interface readiness. • Facilitate design sessions, architecture reviews, technical walkthroughs, and cross-team dependency management. • Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover readiness, and deployment plans. • Ensure adherence to clean core guidelines, development standards, transport strategy, and audit/compliance requirements. • Track team velocity, budget/burn rate, resource planning, and vendor coordination. • Act as primary escalation point for technical issues and drive resolution across distributed teams. • Communicate program updates to leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners in a clear and concise manner. Required Skills: • 10 15 years SAP program/project management experience with deep exposure to technical components (ABAP, integrations, BTP, security, basis). • Experience managing multi-workstream S/4HANA programs (RISE experience preferred). • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, dependencies, landscapes, transports, and integration patterns. • Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models with Jira/Azure DevOps. • Excellent leadership, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. • Public sector or large enterprise experience is a strong plus. • PMP or Scrum certification is preferred.
