Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered) Start: January 2nd, 2026 Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Responsibilities: • Serve as the MDG Functional Architect for domains such as Business Partner, Material, Finance, or Custom Objects. • Lead MDG solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, workflow configuration, governance rules, and UI modeling (FPM/Fiori). • Define data governance frameworks, validation rules, derivation logic, and change request processes. • Align MDG architecture with S/4HANA data models, integrations, and downstream consumption systems. • Drive T-shirt sizing, feasibility assessments, and workstream alignment across the transformation program. • Collaborate with technical teams on BRF+, workflow enhancements, APIs, interfaces, and staging areas. • Support data migration planning, data quality improvements, and harmonization strategies. • Provide oversight during testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare. Required Skills: • 10+ years SAP MDG experience (BP, Material, Finance or multiple domains). • Strong hands-on design experience with workflows, BRF+, data models, and governance rules. • Experience with S/4HANA MDG and data replication frameworks (SOA, DRF). • Ability to lead workshops, architecture reviews, and large-scale governance programs. • Public sector experience a plus but not mandatory.
