We are looking for candidates located in Orange County, CA Over 3,500 global employees Job Description: • Lead, coach, and develop a global payroll team across the U.S., Canada, and Australia to achieve high performance and professional growth. • Oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of wages, equity compensation, and international tax and labor requirements (including SOX controls and data privacy). • Manage vendor relationships and payroll systems (Workday), including administration, integrations, and optimization. • Partner with Finance, HR, and Legal to align payroll with broader organizational processes, equity cycles, and compliance needs. • Lead payroll-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and international expansions, including system and process integrations. • Develop global payroll policies, procedures, and training to drive consistency, efficiency, and organizational understanding. • Stay current on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices, implementing updates as needed. • Contribute to HRIS initiatives and future payroll system evaluations, acting as a strategic partner on process improvements.
