Job Title: Senior Sales Director – IT Services (BFSI New Business & New Logos) Location: Remote – Anywhere in North America Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Director with a proven track record of winning new business, acquiring new logos, and penetrating BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) clients. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role ideal for a strategic hunter who thrives on building new relationships and delivering results quickly. The ideal candidate will have a stable career history (no frequent job changes), strong enterprise-level sales experience, and the ability to close business within 45–60 days of onboarding. Key Responsibilities • Drive net-new revenue by identifying, targeting, and closing new BFSI clients. • Develop and execute strategic hunting plans to acquire new logos in the North American market. • Build strong C-level relationships and manage a high-quality sales pipeline. • Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. • Represent the company’s capabilities, value proposition, and service offerings with confidence and clarity. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Requirements • Proven success in new-business sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing (BFSI experience required). • Ability to generate business within the first 45–60 days of joining. • Strong, stable work history — no job hopping. • Demonstrated experience acquiring new logos and building long-term client partnerships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment. • Located anywhere in North America; ability to work EST/CST preferred.
