We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance / CFO to lead all aspects of financial operations and support high-growth expansion. This role provides the opportunity to shape financial strategy, oversee capital planning, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to guide decision-making, manage investor relationships, and optimize resources for sustained growth. Lead annual and seasonal budget planning, revenue forecasting, and profitability modeling. Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and capital allocation decisions. Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Prepare and present financial reports, board materials, and investor narratives that clearly communicate performance and strategy. Oversee accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, internal controls, and regulatory readiness. Support legal and regulatory obligations, including contract management and tax compliance. Guide fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt strategies, to fuel growth objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate financial plans into operational execution and measurable outcomes. Requirements: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in telehealth, e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C environments. Proven experience growing and scaling organizations to $100M+ in revenue as the senior-most finance leader. Expertise in PC/MSO operations with a track record of aligning financial strategy to operational efficiency. Hands-on experience in hybrid cash and GAAP environments, including deferred revenue models. Strong track record of margin improvement, capital planning, and cross-functional financial leadership. Comfort navigating both strategic planning and tactical execution with high adaptability. Advanced credentials such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
